Important info below
On 11 March 2020, the Italian authorities imposed further restrictions. RAlpin's offer is not affected
by this. Trains will continue to run and the terminals in Novara and Freiburg will remain open as they
are part of the necessary infrastructure. In order to provide greater protection for our customers and
employees, adapted procedures will apply with immediate effect.
In addition to the measures already taken, such as increased cadence for cleaning the terminal
facilities and accompanying wagons or the additional use of disinfection measures, only 16 truck
drivers will be permitted in the accompanying wagon. This means that the prescribed distance
of 1 metre to other passengers can be maintained. The cabins are cleaned and disinfected upon
arrival at the terminals.
RAlpin will be keeping the situation under constant review, and, if necessary, will initiate appropriate
further measures and communicate these accordingly.
